摘要
目的了解快速测定仪测定生活饮用水中氨氮含量的准确可靠性和实用性。方法分别用国标法与快速测定仪测试样品,对比测定结果。结果快速测定仪测定氨氮浓度在0.02 mg/L^2.50 mg/L时,线性关系良好,回归方程为y=0.3136χ+0.0158,相关系数(r)为0.9997,加标回收率为91.70%~99.40%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.20%~3.40%。结论快速测定仪准确可靠、简便快捷,可广泛用于生活饮用水中氨氮含量的测定。
Objective To study the reliability and practicability of rapid assay method in determining ammonia nitrogencontent in drinking water.Method The content of ammonia nitrogen generated form national standard and rapid detectorwas compared by using correlation analysis. Results The result showed a good linear relation in case of the ammonia ni-trogen content in the range of 0.02 and 2.50 mg/L, the regression equation was y= 0.3136x + 0.0158, correlation coeffi-cient (r) was 0.9997, standard addition recovery was 91.7% - 99.4%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was1.2% - 3.4%. Conclusion The rapid detector is accurate and reliable, simple and quick in determining content of am-monia nitrogen, and can be widely used in assaying the ammonia nitrogen content in drinking water.
