洛阳市750例学龄前儿童全血微量元素检测结果分析 被引量:6

Analysis on detection results of whole blood trace elements among 750 preschool children in Luoyang City

摘要 目的了解洛阳市学龄前儿童全血微量元素含量。方法采用原子吸收法检测750例儿童体内锌(Zn)、钙(Ca)、铁(Fe)、铜(Cu)、镁(Mg)和铅(Pb)含量。分别按照年龄和性别分组,应用SPSS 19.0软件对各组间微量元素含量和检出异常率进行统计和分析,同时分析各种微量元素含量之间的相关性。结果 1.不同年龄组间比较,Zn、Ca、Fe和Cu含量差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或0.05),Mg和Pb含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),Zn、Ca和Fe检出异常率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Cu、Mg和Pb检出异常率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2.不同性别间比较,各种元素含量和检出异常率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);3.相关分析显示,Zn、Ca、Fe、Cu和Mg含量呈两两相关性(P<0.01或0.05),Pb分别与Zn、Ca和Fe含量呈负相关(P<0.01或0.05)。结论洛阳市学龄前儿童Zn、Ca和Fe缺乏较严重,铅含量较高,应引起人们重视。 Objective To know the contents of whole blood trace elements among preschool children in Luoyang City.Methods The levels of trace elements Zn, Ca, Fe, Cu, Mg and Pb among 750 preschool children were detected byatomic absorption spectrometry. They were divided into groups according to years and gender respectively. The detectionresults among groups and the correlations among contents of trace element were statistically analyzed with SPSS 19.0version. Results 1. Among groups divided according to years, the content of Zn, Ca, Fe and Cu had statistical difference(P〈0.O1 or 0.05) and the content of Mg and Pb had no statistical difference (P〉 0.05).The abnomal rate of Zn, Ca and Fehad statistical difference (P〈 0.05) and the abnomal rate of Cu, Mg and Pb had no statistical difference(P〉 0.05). 2. A-mong groups divided according to gender, both the content and the abnomal rate of all trace elements had no statisticaldifference (P〉 0.05). 3. There were significant correlation among the contents of Zn, Ca, Fe, Cu and Mg pairwise (P〈0.01 or 0.05). There were negative correlation between the of Pb and the contents of Zn, Ca and Fe respectively( P〈0.01 or0.05). Conclusion The deficiency rate of trace elements Zn, Ca and Fe is higher and the content of trace elements Pb ishigher among 750 preschool children in Luoyang City.
