摘要
南方红豆杉是我国珍稀濒危保护树种,其树体所含的紫杉醇是目前最好的天然抗癌药物之一。与其他针叶树种相比,有关南方红豆杉分子遗传学的研究相对滞后。为给南方红豆杉种群保护和育种研究提供参考依据,文中就南方红豆杉分子标记的开发、种质资源收集与分子评价、遗传多样性和种群保护、紫杉醇合成基因的克隆与功能分析、转录组学等5个方面的研究进展进行了综述,提出了相关分子遗传学研究中存在的问题,并对其研究前景进行了展望。
Taxus chinensis var. mairei is an endangered species in China, taxol containing in tree is one of the best natural anticancer medicine. However, molecular genetics research on this species has lagged behind those of other conifer species. In order to protect this rare species and give reference for breeding, the research advances on T. chinensis vat. mairei were reviewed, including molecular markers development, germplasm resources collection and molecular evaluation, genetic diversity and population conservation, cloning and function analysis of taxol biosynthetic genes and transcriptomics. Some problems in molecular genetics and the future studies on T. chinensis var. mairei were proposed.
