摘要
针对冶金铁前三工艺中的烧结工艺以及烧结环节中的能源消耗,提出了一种基于烧结工艺的能耗数据库架构。通过对关系型数据库的分析,运用关系型数据库对烧结工艺中的能耗数据进行管理;运用分布式实时数据库,对烧结工艺流程中的实时数据进行采集、存储以及对实时事务的处理;结合现今火热的云计算技术,对烧结工艺大数据进行有效存储,便于企业管理者了解烧结工艺中能源流向以及结合工艺流程对能源进行进一步合理分配和参数优化。
In this paper, based on the sintering process and energy consumption in sintering process of metallurgical iron. an energy consumption database structure based on sintering process is proposed. Through the analysis of relational database, the energy consumption in sintering process by relational database is managed. By use of distributed real-time database, real-time data acquisition, storage of sintering process and the processing of real time transactions are conducted. With the cloud computing technology, the efficient storage of sintering process for large data helps enterprise managers understand the energy, flow in sintering process anti combine process for further rational allocation and parameter optimization of energy.
