摘要 针对不锈钢生产过程中现有的单工序配料方法无法优化全生产过程的入炉原料成本、原料成本偏高且可控性低等问题,基于不锈钢线生产厂设备参数约束、钢种生产规程约束、原料的化学成分及冶炼工艺机理,对不同工艺路线下包含多个生产过程的不锈钢原料配料进行统一建模和优化,并举例说明了模型的实现过程。系统运行实践表明,该模型可靠稳定、计算速度快,有效降低了不锈钢全生产过程的原料成本。 In the process of stainless steel production, the existing single process charge mixture method could not optimize the raw material cost of the whole production process, leading to higher raw materials cost and lower controllability for raw materials cost. The stainless steel charge mixture including multiple production processes with different process routes is unified modeling and optimized according to constraint rules for production equipment factory, chemical composition of raw material and melting process principles. Its implementation is illuslrated. The operation of the system shows that the model is reliable and converged quickly, and it can effectively reduce the cost of raw materials in the whole process of stainless steel production.
