This paper introduces the development and application of automatic control system for sintering proportion and mixture. The control system uses SIEMENS S7-400 series PLC, realizes the automatic control of the whole process of sintering proportion and mixture, and solves the problem of the ratio of material and the permeability of mixture, so as to improve the quality of sintering products.
