摘要 三峡成库标志独特地理单元形成,径流量4 510亿m^3的淡水资源在实现防洪、发电、航运、补水主要功能的基础上,"科学利用水资源、优化产业布局",进一步在灌溉、养殖、旅游、生态等领域进行深度开发,是摆在库区各级政府和1 400多万人民面前的重要任务。思考三峡水库水资源的深度开发利用,助推政府中观决策实施,对于三峡库区全面建成小康社会、移民幸福安康、库区长治久安有十分重要的意义。 The establishment of Three Gorges Reservoir signs an independent geography unit. 451 billion cubic meters of fresh water resources mainly has the functions of flood control, power generation, shipping and filling water. It should be made full use of so as to optimize the industrial layout. Besides, it should also be further explored in other fields, such as irrigation, aquaculture, tourism and ecology. How to use the water resource is an important task of the government and people of the reservoir area. Thinking about the development and utilization of water resources is conducive to the implementation of government decisions. In addition, it has great significance for Three Gorges Reservoir to build a well-off society in an all-round way and achieving happiness and stability.
