摘要 基于简化的脉冲电压信号函数模型,并结合电场高斯定理,建立了脉冲电压作用下介质阻挡放电装置中电场分布模型.电场分布规律表明:在一个脉冲电压周期内很可能出现两次放电,包括电压上升过程中的一次正向放电和下降过程中的一次反向放电.通过测量脉冲放电时的电压电流波形进一步验证了该结果,实测电流波形中观察到两个明显的电流峰.对电场模型的分析得出:通过适当提高脉冲占空比、脉冲电压峰值、介质介电常数或减小介质厚度等措施可提高放电间隙内的电场强度,使放电更容易发生. Based on the simplified pulse voltage signal function model, and combined with the Gauss theorem of electric field, the distribution model of electric field in pulsed dielectric barrier discharge was established. The laws of electric field distribution show that it is likely to form two discharges in a pulse voltage cycle, including a forward discharge during the voltage rise and a reverse discharge during the voltage decrease. By measuring the voltage and current waveform of the pulsed discharge, the results are verified with two distinct current peaks observed in per voltage cycle. Analysis of the electric field model shows that the strength of electric field in the discharge gap can be improved by increasing pulse duty ratio, peak voltage, dielectric constant or decreasing dielectric thickness, so that the discharge is more prone to generate.
