摘要
心电信号是一种微弱的且易受噪声干扰的非平稳信号,其波形以R波最为明显,而R波的准确定位是QRS复合波识别和心血管诊断病变的前提和基础.基于数学形态法与和A Trous变换研究心电R波定位,首先利用A Trous算法对心电信号进行小波变换,然后选择在尺度3进行阈值定位,最后把在负荷运动环境下采集的ST段变异数据库作为样本测试,结果为灵敏度99.67%、特异性99.96%.
Electrocardiogram (ECG) signal is a weak and non -stationary electrical signal that is easily interfaced by noises. The R wave is obvious in all waveforms. Accurate and reliable R wave detection can directly influence the QRS complex wave and diagnosis of angiocarpy disease. This paper is used an approach of A Trous wavelet transforms to detect R wave in based on mathematical morphology. First, employ A Trous algorithm in wavelet transforming to the ECG, then threshold and detect in the 3rd scale. Finally the performance has .been done on a ST mutation database which is collected in the load movement. The result shows that it has 99.67% sensitivity and 99.96% productivity.
