摘要
当前高校青年教师占据绝大比例,由于社会比较心理易滋生不公平感,从而导致其工作能力、态度、业绩方面的差异,进而影响工作绩效.以公平感参照物(他人、制度、自己)的三个维度为三类自变量,工作绩效(工作业绩、工作态度、工作能力)的三个维度为三类因变量,设计调研问卷,通过对问卷样本的信度、效度、相关性和多元回归分析,并对高校青年教师在公平感参照物角度下的具体绩效阻力进行归因,这为缓解不公平感,提升工作绩效,促进高校青年教师人才队伍的稳定和发展提供相关思路.
The current young university teachers occupy a large proportion, due to the social comparison of psychology, it is easy to breed a sense of injustice, leading to differences in work ability, work attitude, work achievement, thereby affecting job perform- ance. Make the three dimensions of thereferenee of fairness ( others, system, themselves) into three independent variables, three dimensions of the job performance (work achievement, work attitude, work ability) into three categories of the dependent variable, and design surveyquestionnaire, through the reliability, validity, correlation and multiple regression analysis of the questionnaire, try to find out the reasons of the specific performance resistance of young university teachers in the perspective of fairness, it provides some i- deas foralleviating the sense of unfairness, improving the work performance and the stability, and development of the young university teachers.
