从无缝贾卡技术的基本原理着手,对贾卡走纱进行详细的分析,总结其基本走纱规律。另外对花型设计的布局与材料选择方面进行探讨,得出花型设计时的应用要点。举例分析连裤袜的一般设计流程,对工艺设计的要点进行说明,为提高无缝连裤袜的生产质量及效益提供指导性作用。

The jacquard yarn trace was analyzed on the basis of basic principle of jacquard seamless technology in this paper, in order to summarize the basic law of yarn trace. In addition, both of the pattern arrangement and material selection were discussed to obtain the key points of the design. The general design process of pantyhose was explained by the example. It was helpful for improving the production quality and efficiency of seamless pantyhose design.
