摘要
介绍直流电机转速检测系统的硬件电路和软件设计方案。该系统利用霍尔传感器获取直流电机转动时产生的的脉冲信号,根据脉冲信号的数值计算直流电机的转速,以单片机为核心,通过人机接口实现直流电机转速的显示与设定。同时,利用LabView对数据进行实时跟踪和显示,通过实验测试和数据分析,证明了该转速检测系统具有较好的稳定性和调速效果。
This article mainly introduced DC motor test and control system hardware circuit and software design method. System by DC motor with hall sensor measurement of the pulse signal, the calculation of the dc motor speed, with the single chip processor as the core, through the man-machine interface display and set the rotation speed of dc motor. At the same time, using LabView to real-time tracking and data display, through the experiment test and data analysis, it proves that the speed detection system has good stability, real-time and good control effect.
