摘要
禅法是指佛教修行的一种方法,本质上属于宗教体制中的修行法门。在禅宗形成的过程中,达摩、慧可、僧璨是禅门公认的最初三祖,其禅法大致可归于"楞伽禅"一系。达摩禅以"壁观"安心、"理行二入"修持,慧可、僧璨在继承达摩禅的基础上受到玄学的影响,其禅法具有自悟、逍遥、随性的特征,同时也体现出般若性空与佛教不二理论的内在特质。从达摩到僧璨禅法的变迁体现出般若思想的深入,对"东山法门"的形成具有较大影响,这也是佛教中国化在禅法上的深刻体现。
Zen is a kind of method of Buddhist practice, essentially belongs to a religious system. In the process of the formation of Zen, Dhamour, Huike and Sengcan are initially recognized as three ancestors of the Zen which can be roughly attributed to "a Zen wrote" . Dhamour Chan to "wall view" at ease, "two" into practice, firsdy, which the influenceofmataphysics, Sengcan is based on Dhamour Zen. With the characteristics of leisure, selfrealisation and freeness, the Zen gives expression to the innate idiosyncrasy of Buddhism Prajna theory and not empty. The changes of from Dhamour to Sengcan Chan embodying the deep Prajna thought, which has a great influence on " Dongshan Teaching" form. This is also reflected profound meditation on the point of view of Chinese Buddhism
