技术创新视角下制造业企业研发投入与绩效的关系研究——组织冗余的调节作用

Relationship between R&D and Firm Performance of Manufacturing Enterprises from Perspective of Technological Innovation: Regulation of Organizational Slack——Regulation of Organizational Slack

以创业板制造业企业2010-2014年的数据为研究样本,分析了研发投入与绩效的关系,并探讨了组织冗余对二者关系的作用。研究结果表明:(1)创业板制造业企业研发投入与绩效呈现显著正相关的关系,即研发投入越多的企业绩效越好;(2)组织冗余在研发投入与绩效的关系中起调节作用。其中,可利用冗余对两者的关系起到正向调节作用,可恢复冗余和潜在冗余对两者的关系起到负向调节作用。

Based on the data of 2010 -2014 in GEM manufacturing enterprises, analyzes the relationship between R＆D and firm performance, and discusses the effect of organizational slack on the relationship between them. The results show that：（ 1 ）the relationship between the GEM manufacturing enterprises R＆D and firm performance are positively, with the increase of R＆D, firm performance will increase too ; （2） organizational slack play a regulating role in the relationship between R＆D and firm performance, and available slack play a positive regulatory role on the relationship between them, recoverable slack and potential slack play a negative regulatory role on the relationship between them.
