高校辅导员践行习近平“四有”好教师标准的路径研究

Study on Practicing Chairman Xi′s “Four Haves” Teacher Standard

2014年9月9日,习近平总书记在同北京师范大学的师生共度教师节的时候,讲到做好老师的"四有"教师标准,作为担任高校教育者与管理者的双重角色的辅导员,要想成为学生中的"好老师",必须坚定不移地践行"四有"好教师标准。但是,当前困扰着高校辅导员践行"四有"好教师标准的问题依然存在,因此,解决这些问题刻不容缓。

In September 9, 2014, when the general secretary Xi Jinping celebrated teachers＂ day with the Beijing Normal University teachers and students, he mentioned that teachers should follow ＂Four Haves＂ teacher standard. On the other hand, the counselors play a dual role as university educators and managers. Therefore, it is essential for teachers practicing the standard of ＂Four Haves teacher. Right now, it is clear that there exist some problems, which hinder the teachersr career development. It is necessary to solve such problems without delay.
