随着现代信息技术的发展与全面普及,我国逐渐步入了信息化时代。高校辅导员思想政治工作对于高校学生人格的培养和素质的提升有着极其重要的作用,在信息化时代,随着信息技术在高校的全面应用,高校辅导员思想政治工作方式也需要随着时代的改变而进步。针对于此,本文尝试探讨信息化时代高校辅导员思想政治工作的开展,分析了信息化时代高校辅导员思想政治工作面临的机遇和遭遇的挑战,探索提升信息化时代高校辅导员思想政治工作的对策。

With the development and popularization of modern information technology, China has en- tered into the information age. It is clear that information technology plays a very important role in college counselors＇ ideological and political work. It is helpful to college students＇ personality cultivation and enhancing the educational quality. There is no doubt that in the information age, along with the comprehensive application of information technology in colleges, ideological and political work of college counselors also needs to change as the time progresses. Therefore, this paper attempts to explore the ideological and political work of college counselors and analyzes the opportunities and challenges. The purpose is to put forward several countermeasures.
