The Progress of Evidence-Based Nursing in China: A Perspective Based on the Literature

从文献学角度审视我国循证护理的发展现状。结果显示,目前国内循证护理涉及循证实践及转化、证据综合、理论及方法学研究、教育应用等几大类,其中循证实践类文献所占比例最大。发现科研文章的数量较以往有了显著增多,但研究结果的利用仍显不足。认为积极努力地进行本土化高质量证据的研发并采用规范标准的方法进行证据应用,仍是未来循证护理发展的方向。

Since the evidence-based nursing was introduced to China in the 1990s, its concept and methods were accepted and put into use rapidly and widely in the nursing field. This article analysis the progress of evidence-based nursing in China based on published literature in order to provide evidence for realizing the develop status in China's Mainland. The results showed that the evidence-based nursing in China involving evidence-based practice, knowledge translation, evidence summary, theory and method research, and educational application; of them, evidence-based practice has the largest proportion.
