摘要
为提高广西气象部门县级副局长综合素质培训班的培训质量和效果,应用柯氏评估模型,对《2015年广西气象部门县级副局长综合素质培训班》进行培训后评估,结果表明,培训教学质量总体较好,学员回到工作岗位后所产生的培训效果明显,取得了很好的工作和社会效益。
In order to improve the training quality and effect of the comprehensive quality training course of the deputy director at the county level department of Guangxi meteorological department, the Kochi evaluation model was used to evaluate the comprehensive training course of the deputy director of county level in Guangxi meteorological department. The overall quality of training and teaching is better, after the students returned to the job the training effect is obvious, and achieved good work and social benefits.
