摘要 介绍国内首台百万千瓦二次再热机组的情况,并与一次再热机组进行对比,采用二次再热技术能够进一步提高机组的热效率。通过二次再热机组运行中过热汽温的调整进行研究,以控制煤水比、减温水来调节过热汽温;合理调整二次风小风门开度,优化炉内燃烧状况;调整燃尽风反切角度,消除烟温偏差;调节后的过热汽温达到设计值,无明显汽温偏差。 This article introduces the first 1 000 MW unit with double reheat cycle in China. Compared with traditional single reheat cycle unit, the thermal efficiency of dual reheat cycle unit is further improved. The superheated steam temperature is controlled by changing the coal to water ratio and the quantity of desuperheating water, the combustion in furnace is optimized by adjusting the air damper of the secondary air, and the flue gas temperature difference is eliminated by adjusting the reverse tangent angle of SOFA. The adjustment results show that the boiler superheated steam temperature returns to the design value, and there is no obvious steam deviation.
