准东高碱煤沾污腐蚀机理与锅炉炉膛选型建议

摘要 基于对高碱煤沾污腐蚀化学反应过程与机理的详细分析,从控制反应物浓度、生成物浓度和反应温度入手,对减轻燃用准东高碱煤锅炉受热面管壁沾污腐蚀的运行措施和炉膛设计措施逐一进行了分析,给出了燃用高碱煤锅炉实际运行和设计过程中的具体措施,为减轻燃用准东高碱煤锅炉受热面严重沾污腐蚀难题提供了理论与技术指导。 Based on a detailed analysis of the fouling corrosion process and mechanism of chemical reaction of high alkali coal contamination, the operation measures and the design measures for prohibiting the flue gas high temperature corrosion with the tube walls of the heat surfaces of Zhundong high alkali pulverized coal fired boilers are analyzed by the control of reaction concentration, product concentration and reaction temperature, respectively. The concrete measures for prohibiting the flue gas high temperature fouling corrosion for the high alkali coal boiler are given both in the actual operation and design process, which provide the theoretical and technical guidance for alleviating the heating surface fouling corrosion of Zhundong high alkali coal boiler.
