摘要
主要针对锅炉集箱中的大口径管接头零件采用常规坡口(不变角度坡口)及变角度坡口结构进行分析,并对数控铣削加工大口径管接头变角度坡口的加工工艺进行探讨和分析,为该类锅炉管接头及其类似产品的生产制造提供相应的借鉴经验。
This article mainly discusses the large diameter pipe joint parts of boiler header, in view of the large diameter pipe joint on the conventional groove(constant angle groove) and variable angle groove structure is analyzed, and the Computer Number Control milling of large diameter pipe joint variable angle groove machining process are discussed and analyzed. For this kind of boiler pipe joint and its similar product manufacturing experience to provide the corresponding reference.
