腹腔镜手术联合曲普瑞林或孕三烯酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床比较

Clinical comparison of laparoscopic surgery combined with Triptorelin or Gestrinone in the treatment of endometriosis

目的对比腹腔镜手术联合曲普瑞林或孕三烯酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床效果。方法选取2015年9月~2016年11月我院收治的子宫内膜异位症患者70例作为研究对象,将所有患者按照随机数字表法分为两组,各35例。两组均给予腹腔镜手术,观察组于术后肌内注射曲普瑞林,对照组口服孕三烯酮,对所有患者进行5个月的随访,对比两组临床疗效、治疗情况、不良反应发生率及复发率。结果观察组治疗有效率为94.29%,高于对照组的71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组月经恢复时间及排卵恢复时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应总发生率(11.43%)及复发率(5.71%)均低于对照组(31.43%、22.86%)。结论与孕三烯酮治疗比较,腹腔镜手术联合曲普瑞林治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床效果更加显著,安全性高,复发率低,有助于预后恢复,在临床应用中值得推广。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of laparoscopic surgery combined with Triptorelin or Gestrinone in the treatment of endometriosis.Methods 70 patients with endometriosis in our hospital from September 2015 to Novem- ber 2016 were selected as research object.All the patients were divided into two groups by random number table,35 cases in each group.Patients of the two groups were given laparoscopic surgery,after surgery,observation group was given intramuscular injection of Triptorelin,control group was given Gestrinone orally.All the patients were given 5-month follow-up.The clinical efficacy,treatment situation,incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate of two groups were compared.Results The curative effective rate of observation group was 94.29% ,which was significantly higher than 71.43% of the control group （P〈0.05）;the recovery time of menstruation and ovulgtion of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group （P〈0.05）;the total incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate of observation group （11.43%,5.71%） were lower than those of the control group （31.43%,22.86%）,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Compared with Gestrinone,laparoscopic surgery combined with Triptorelin in the treatment of endometriosis has more significant clinical effects,with high safety and low recurrence rate,promote prognostic recovery,which is worthy of promotion in clinical application.
