To improve the support ability of strategic projection support fleet, the paper firstly defines the connotation of strategic projection support fleet training. Then, it analyzes the current situation of training awareness, training institution and training content. Finally, it puts forward corresponding countermeasures from following 4 aspects： reinforcing fleet re- search in wartime to ensure the correctness and effectiveness of the training direction, completing training mechanism to en- sure the normal operation of training work, standardizing training content for training goal＇ s realization, and strengthening training supervision to ensure the implementation of the training requirements.
