摘要
为降低冲击电流对电动汽车电器元件的冲击,分析、对比电动汽车上基于压差控制和预充反馈控制的两种高压预充控制策略算法,提出一种混合控制策略。经对某型军用混合动力车高压管理分析,该混合控制策略使预充时间变长,能有效地限制冲击电流,适合高压智能管理,有利于提高整车安全性能,且预充时间可以通过预充电阻的选择使其满足预充要求。
To reduce the impact of surge current on electric elements for electrical vehicle, the paper analyzes and com- pares two high-pressure precharge control strategy algorithms based on pressure difference control and precharge feedback control, and proposes a hybrid control strategy. The analysis on high-pressure management for a military hybrid vehicle shows that lengthening precharge time with this hybrid control strategy can restrict surge current effectively, which is fit for high-pressure management and in favour of improving vehicle safety performance, and it can meet the requirement of precharge time by selecting precharge resistance.
