摘要
为评价车辆灰色有机复合涂层的防护性能,通过EIS及动电位极化曲线测试方法,分别对不同破损条件下的灰色有机复合涂层在3.5%氯化钠溶液中的腐蚀行为进行研究,分析不同破损程度下涂层的EIS与极化曲线特征,对破损涂层的EIS拟合参数与破损率的函数关系进行探讨,可为现场测试提供参考依据。
Abstract : To evaluate the protective performance of grey organic composite coating for vehicles, the paper studies corrosion behavior of grey organic composite coating with different damage degree in 3.5% sodium chloride solution with electrochem- ical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) and potentiodynamic polarization curve test method. It also analyzes EIS and polarization curve features at different damage degree and elaborates the function relationship between EIS fitting parameters and damage rate, which can provide reference for field test.
