初发2型糖尿病患者勃起功能障碍与内皮细胞舒张功能相关性分析

Correlation between erectile dysfunction and endothelial cell diastolic function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的讨论初发2型糖尿病患者勃起功能障碍与内皮细胞舒张功能相关性分析。方法选取我院发生初发2型糖尿病勃起功能障碍的患者30例,初发2型糖尿病没有勃起功能障碍的患者30例,健康志愿者30例。使用彩色多普勒检测患者的血管的内皮功能。对3组内皮细胞舒张功能的情况实行比较。结果初发2型糖尿病勃起功能障碍患者的内皮细胞的舒张功能评分小于初发2型糖尿病没有勃起功能障碍患者和健康志愿者,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内皮细胞的舒张功能与糖尿病勃起功能障碍相关。

Objective To investigate the correlation between erectile dysfunction and endothelial cell diastolic function in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 30 cases of erectile dysfunction with type 2 diabetes mellitus, 30 cases of patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes without erectile dysfunction, 30 healthy volunteers. The color Doppler was used to detect the endothelial function of the patient＇s blood vessels. A comparison was made between the three groups with endothelial cell diastolic function. Results The diastolic function of endothelial cells in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group and the normal control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Endothelial cell dysfunction was associated with diabetic erectile dysfunction.
