Ⅱ型齿状突骨折后路椎弓根螺钉固定融合与非融合治疗的临床分析

摘要 2010年1月-2016年01月对34例II型齿状突不稳定骨折后路椎弓根螺钉复位、固定同时15例髂骨后植骨融合，19例非融合治疗。男20例，女14例，年龄20-65岁，平均42．5岁，2例为陈旧性骨折，未形成鹅颈畸形。合并高血压10例，糖尿病3例，高血压及糖尿病均存在者2例。
