椎间孔镜下病灶清除联合臭氧消融治疗原发性腰椎间隙感染

Treatment of primary lumbar intervertebral infection with percutaneous endscopic debridement combined with ozone injection

目的探讨椎间孔镜下病灶清除联合臭氧消融治疗原发性腰椎间隙感染的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院5例原发性腰椎间隙感染患者的临床资料,均采取椎间孔镜下病灶清除联合臭氧消融的治疗方法,随访评价临床效果。结果随访时间10~32个月,5例患者全部治愈,腰背部疼痛及感染无复发。结论椎间孔镜下病灶清除联合臭氧消融技术治疗原发性腰椎间隙感染,具有病灶清除彻底、创伤小、恢复快等优点,其临床效果满意,不失为一种可靠、安全的治疗方法。

Objective To discuss the outcome of patients with primary lumbar intervertebral infection following percutaneous endoscopic debridement combined with ozone injection. Methods Clinical data of 5 patients with primary lumbar intervertebral infection were analyzed retrospectively. All patients received percutaneous endoscopic debridement combined with ozone injection. Results All patientslwere followed up for 10-32 months, no evidence of recurrence or residual infection was observed in any patient. Conclusion Percutaneoos endoscopic debridement combined with ozone injection is a less invasive, quick recovery, safe and effective treatment for primary lumbar intervertebral infection.
