鼠神经生长因子联合脉冲整脊技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床观察

Clinical observation of mouse nerve growth factor combined with pulse chiropractic technique in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

目的探讨鼠神经生长因子联合脉冲整脊技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法选取我院2014-02-2016-03收治的120例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表将其分成A、B、C组,每组40例。3组均给予常规腰椎牵引治疗,A组加用鼠神经生长因子,B组加用脉冲整脊技术,C组联合使用鼠神经生长因子与脉冲整脊技术治疗,比较3组治疗效果。结果A、B、C组治疗总有效率分别为77.50%、75.00%、95.00%,C组总有效率明显高于A组和B组(P<0.05),A组与B组间比较则无明显差异(P>0.05);3组患者治疗后VAS评分较治疗前均明显下降(P<0.01),但C组相对于A组和B组下降更为明显(P<0.01),A组与B组间比较则无明显差异(P>0.05);3组患者治疗后JOA评分均有明显上升,但C组相对于A组和B组上升更为明显(P<0.01),A组与B组间比较则无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论鼠神经生长因子联合脉冲整脊技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症能有效缓解疼痛、促进腰椎功能恢复,疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of mouse nerve growth factor combined with pulse chiropractic technique in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 120 patients with lumbar disc herniation in our hospital from February 2014 to March 2016 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into A, B, C groups, 40 cases in each group. The three groups were given the conventional lumbar traction treatment, group A was added mouse nerve growth factor, group B was added pulse chipping technique, group C was given mouse nerve growth factor combined with pulse chipping technique for treatment. The treatment effect of the three groups was compared. Results The total effective rates in group A, B and C were 77.50%, 75.00%, 95.00%, the total effective rate in group C was significantly higher than that in group A and B （P〈0.05）, there was no significant difference between group A and B （P〉0.05）. The VAS scores of the three groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment（P〈0.01）, but compared with group A and B, the VAS score of group C decreased more significantly （P〈0.01）, there was no significant difference between group A and B （P〉0.05）. The JOA scores of the three groups after treatment were significantly increased, hut compared with group A and B, JOA score of group C increased more significantly （P〈 0.01）, there was no significant difference between group Aand group B （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Mouse nerve growth factor combined with pulse chimpactie technique in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation can effectively relieve pain, promote the recovery of lumbar function, has significant effect.
