摘要 为研究储能电源快速提高电力系统的暂态稳定性,提出一种基于支路暂态势能控制的方法。利用储能电源的快速能量转换能力消纳电力系统扰动过程中被注入的过剩暂态动能,将系统内临界割集的支路暂态势能控制在有限范围内,实现电力系统暂态过程中动能与势能的有效转换。通过电力系统分析综合程序PSASP的用户自定义建模模块,构建反应储能电源特性的储能电源暂态模型并定义了暂态稳定评价指标。仿真分析结果表明,所提方法和研究结果对于储能电源提高电力系统暂态稳定性具有指导意义. To study the energy storage power that can rapidly improves the transient stability of power systems, this pa- per proposes a method based on the control of branch transient potential energy. By dissolving the excessive transient ki- netic energy through the ability of fast energy transformation of energy storage power, the branch transient potential en- ergy of critical cut-set in the system is controlled to be within a limited range, which achieves an efficient conversion be- tween the kinetic and potential energies during the transient process of power systems. Through using the user-defined module of PSASP, a transient model that shows the characteristics of energy storage power is built, and the transient stability index is defined. Simulation result indicates that the proposed method and its findings can provide reference for the improvement of transient stability of power systems.
