计及燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组的热-电联合调度模型 被引量:6

摘要 随着我国风力装机容量的不断增加,风电消纳能力成为制约其发展的瓶颈。尤其在北方冬季供暖期,城市内的热电联产机组实行"以热定电"的运行模式,其发电功率受到供热量的限制,在电力谷荷时段可能造成严重的弃风现象。为解决该问题,本文研究了燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组的模式转换特性,讨论了利用该特性消纳弃风的运行机理,建立了计及燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组模式转换特性的热-电联合调度模型。通过算例分析发现,与常规热电联产机组相比,联合循环机组在不同时段进行"一拖一"和"二拖一"模式转换,可在更大范围内灵活调节发电功率,降低电力谷荷时段热电联产机组的发电功率,有效提升系统的风电消纳能力。 With the continuous growth of wind power capacity in China, wind power consumption is becoming a bottle- neck of its development. Especially, the"heat decides power'mode of combined heat and power (CHP) unit in the heating period of North China has limited the power of CHP in cities, resulting in the incident of abandoning wind power in valley load periods. In order to solve this problem, the mode transformation characteristics of gas-steam combined cycle unit is analyzed, the operation mechanism of using mode transformation to consume abandoned wind power is dis- cussed, and a CHP dispatching model based on the mode transformation of gas-steam combined cycle unit is estab- lished. Case studies indicate that compared with the conventional unit, the gas-steam combined cycle unit can trans- form between "one-on-one" and "two-on-one" modes in different periods, thus it can regulate the power more flexibly and reduce the power in valley load periods, which improves the system' s consumption capability of wind power efficiently.
