审判组织结构改革是司法改革的重要组成部分。贵州法院遵循司法规律,以法院审判组织结构功能定位为基础,主动适应司法实践的需求,通过实行扁平化管理,取消原有审判庭室架构,对法院队伍各类人员进行资源优化重组,把政治素质过硬、作风品德优秀、司法能力突出的法官配置到审判执行工作第一线,将组建以员额法官为核心,法官助理、书记员等各类人员紧密配合、分工协作、相对稳定的新型审判团队作为改革试点,为司法改革提供一份具有价值的改革范本,为中央决策提供参考,为法院审判组织结构制度构建提供路径。

The courts in Guizhou followed the law of Justice, based on the function orientation of trail organization, adapt to the necessity of the practice of the law of justice.According to creating the flat management structure, abolishing the previous trial court room structure, reorganizing the resources of all kinds of personnel of the court, the courts in Guizhou assigned some judges with outstanding judicial capacity to the first line of the implementation of the trial, set up a kind of new closely cooperated trial team including the bench judge, judge assistant, clerk and other personnel to be the reform pilot to provide a valuable model for the judicial reform, a reference for the central-government to make decisions and a way for the trial organization structure of the court.
