摘要
枪支是否具有致伤力是枪支检验鉴定的重点,对于一些可以通过实际试射法进行致伤力检验的枪支,可以依据《枪支致伤力的法庭科学鉴定判据》通过测定其弹丸枪口比动能的方法判断其致伤力。但在实际办案中,一些送检枪支由于其性能较差或者因人为破坏而无法正常击发,从而无法通过射击实验判定其致伤力,这给枪支的检验鉴定带来很大难度。基于理想气体状态方程,通过研究火药燃烧值K和火药质量密度ρ与弹丸枪口比动能的关系,对以火药为发射动力的非制式枪支致伤力进行判别。
Whether the firearm has the injury is the key to the inspection and identification of firearms. For some of the guns that can be tested by the actual test method, the foree of the projectile can be judged by measuring the kinetie energy of the projectile muzzle according to the scientifie evaluation criterion of the firearm injury force'. But in judMal practice, because of the poor performance or man-made damage, some guns cannot normally firing, thus unable to determine the injury by shooting experiment, which brings great difficulty to inspection and identification of guns. Based on the ideal gas equation, relationship belween combustion value K, propellant mass density and projectile muzzle kinetic energy, the gunpowder launching non-standard firearms injury force can be identified.
