摘要 中国法制史课程是教育部确定的法学本科核心课程之一,由此可看出在法学本科教育中该课程所具有的重要地位。但是,在现阶段我国法学本科教学中,中国法制史课程却没有体现出它应有的地位和作用。多年教学实践经验证明,通过教学理念的更新与教学方法的改进,完全可以改变该课程所面临的困境。。 The course of Chinese legislation history, is one of the core courses of law undergraduate determined hy the Ministry of Education. Thus it can be seen that the course has an important position in the undergraduate education of law. However, at present, the course of Chinese legislation history does not has its deserved status anti fully play its due role. Years of teaching practice has proved that the dilemma can be changed hy adopting the new teaehing ideas and improvement of teaching methods.
