高分辨率激光回波模拟器的误差分析及标定 被引量:1

摘要 激光回波模拟器是为脉冲激光测距仪进行性能检测提供高精度模拟距离的一种装置,其精度直接影响激光测距仪的测距精度。针对基于FPGA电子延时的高分辨率激光回波模拟器,根据回波模拟器的组成及原理,对系统中存在的误差进行理论分析。提出了用高频示波器标定其精度的方法,利用差分原理对激光回波模拟器的模拟距离进行标定。结果表明,标定结果与理论分析相符,利用该标定方法可知此激光回波模拟器的延时误差小于2ns,即模拟距离误差小于0.3m。 The laser echo simulator is a kind of device which provides high precision analog distance for performance detection of pulsed laser range finder. The precision directly affects the accuracy of laser range finder.Aiming at the high resolution laser echo simulator based on FPGA electronic delay, the error of the system is analyzed theoretically according to the composition and principle of the echo simulator. The method of calibrating the accuracy of high fre-quency oscilloscope is proposed, and the simulation distance of laser echo simulator is calibrated by difference principle. The results show that the calibration results are in agreement with the theoretical analysis,Using this calibration meth-od,the delay error of the laser echo simulator is less than 2ns,the simulation distance error is less than 0.3m.
