摘要
中国邮轮旅游业的飞速发展使得该行业人才需求旺盛,许多高职院校纷纷增设国际邮轮乘务专业,但多数院校在师资队伍建设方面滞后,尤其是"双师型"师资严重不足。本文借鉴日本和菲律宾职业教育师资培养经验,结合对天津海运职业学院和浙江旅游职业学院国际邮轮乘务专业师资培养方面的调研,从资格认证、培养途径、培养力度、奖励机制等4个方面提出校企合作基础上的高职国际邮轮乘务专业"双师型"师资培养策略。
Since the rapid development of Chinese cruise truism brings a large demand of cruise talents, many higher vocational colleges have established International Cruise Service Major. However, most colleges lag behind in the teaching team construction, and the "double-qualified" teaching staff are especially insuffi- cient. Learning from Japan and Philippine' s experiences in vocational teaching staff training, and combined with the survey of International Cruise Service teaching staff cultivation in Tianjin Maritime College and Tour- ism College of Zhejiang, the article puts forward some cuhivating strategies of "double-qualified" International Cruise Service teaching staff in higher vocational education from four aspects: qualification certification, cultiva- tion approach, training intensity, and incentive mechanism.
