Several key issues of the study of phone recycling experiment under EPR system

针对EPR废旧手机回收实验设计方案中所涉及到的关键问题进行讨论,结合具体实验流程,从道具的选用及其实验效果与现实的吻合性、星星抽纸箱环节的设置及效果,以及两个实验参数"基本回收率BRR"与"优惠率差额DDR"等角度,论证实验机制设置的有效性和必要性,明晰实验主要环节和重点思路。实验设计中通过实验机制对经济现象进行真实有效的反映,体现实验经济学在研究经济问题时的优越性和可靠性。

This article sheds light on the key issues which are involved in phone recycling experiment design under the EPR system. According to the specific experiment process, we demonstrate the validity and necessity of the experiment mechanism of the choice of props, the similarity between the experiment with the reality, the effect of stars carton and the setting of two experimental parameters ＂basic recovery （BRR）＂ and ＂the amount of the difference in discount rate （DDR）＂, and set clear the main links and key ideas in experiment design. With some experimental mechanism, the experiment design reflects the economic phenomena truly and effectively, and reflects the superiority and reliability of experimental economics in the study of economic issues.
