不同国家和地区垃圾分类成功经验及对我国启示

The experience of garbage classification in different countries and its enlightenment to China

我国从20世纪90年代起开始推广垃圾分类收集制度,但一直收效甚微,垃圾分类制度是垃圾能不能减量化、资源化、无害化处理的重要前提,我国也将普遍推行垃圾分类制度。介绍和总结了不同国家和地区垃圾分类制度实施的成功经验,并结合我国国情,对我国的垃圾分类制度提出了五点思考。

Since 90s of last century, our country began to promote the system of garbage collection, but has little effect. Garbage classification system is an important prerequisite for waste reduction, resource utilization, harmless treatment. China will also implement the garbage classification system. This paper introduces and summarizes the successful experience of different countries and regions, combined with China＇s national conditions, puts forward five points on the classification system of garbage in our country.
