摘要
上海、平湖两市学生营养餐产业发展起步较早,成效也较为显著,且针对一些部分制约营养餐产业发展的新问题,做出了很多有益的探索和尝试。本文在对两市城市学生营养餐调研的基础上,分析了当前条件下我国城市学生营养餐发展的几个主要因素,并分析了当地解决这些问题的探索与尝试。同时,立足新时期下实际情况和学生营养餐实现可持续发展,提出了政策建议。
Students' nutrition meal industry of Shanghai, Pinghu city development started earlier, and the effeetivenese are more significant areas, and for some problems that restricting the nutrition meal industry development, they made a lot of useful exploration and try. Based on the investigation on the nutritional meals of the students in the two cities, this paper analyzed the main factors of the development of the urban students' nutrition meals in the new period, and analyzed the exploration and try to solve these problems. At the same time, based on the actual situation in the new period and the students' nutritional meals to achieve sustainable development, we put forward policy recommendations.
