摘要
新形势下开展后期扶持资金绩效评价工作既是提高后期扶持资金使用绩效的现实需要,也是外部条件的客观要求。分析了开展后期扶持资金绩效评价的重要性及后期扶持资金绩效的影响因素,从基本原则、主要方式、主要内容及组织保障4个方面阐述了后期扶持资金绩效评价工作实施的构想,旨在提升后期扶持政策实施管理水平,为下一步开展绩效评价工作提供参考。
Under the new situation, development performance evaluation on the post support funds is not only a practical demand for improving the performance of post support funds utilization, but also an objective requirement by the external conditions. We analyze the importance of carrying out performance evaluation on post support funds as well as its influential factors. Aiming at improving the implementation and management for post support policies, it is presented that how to develop performance evaluation from four aspects, such as principles, major methods, major contents, and organizational guarantee, which can provide reference for future performance evaluation work.
