双负压抽采系统作用下钻孔瓦斯流动数值模拟

摘要 瓦斯抽采是治理矿井瓦斯灾害的重要手段,然而由于井下环境特殊往往导致瓦斯抽采率低,封孔质量差、钻孔漏气现象时有发生。文章结合YFZ-30型封孔质量检测仪双负压的工作原理,采用fluent数值模拟的方法研究双负压抽采系统下钻孔瓦斯的运移,以确定合理的抽放负压与检测仪工作参数。 Gas extraction is an important means of governance mine gas disasters, however, due to the special environment often leads to the gas extraction rate is low, poor quality of hole sealing, borehole leakage phenomenon. Combining with YFZ - 30 type hole sealing quality detector working principle of the double negative pressure, the fluent software numerical simulation methods under the double pressure extraction system of borehole gas migration, to determine reasonable drainage negative pressure and the detector working parameters.
