摘要
为适应新材料的开发和工业化试用,研发了一种新型涂料,该涂料同时具有防渗碳、高热导率、低温和高温黏结及消除气隙的功能,经过实验室阶段和工业化应用阶段试验表明,其可以有效解决冷却壁导热率低的问题,提高了高炉冷却壁的使用寿命。
In order to adapt to tile development of new materials and industrial trial, a new type of coating was developed, which has the functions of anti-carburizing, high thermal conductivity, low temperature and high temperature bonding and air gap elimination. The resuhs of lahoratory and industrial experiments showed that this coating solved shortcoming of low thermal conductivity of cooling staves effectively, improved service life of blast furnace cooling staves directly.
