多层螺旋CT检查对闭合性腹部外伤的临床诊断价值分析

Clinical value analysis of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of closed abdominal trauma

目的探究多层螺旋CT检查对闭合性腹部外伤的临床诊断价值。方法选择2014年10月至2016年10月宝鸡市陈仓区医院收治的60例闭合性腹部外伤患者,采用多层螺旋CT对其进行检查,分析其诊断符合率。结果在60例闭合性腹部外伤患者中,多层螺旋CT检查阳性55例,阴性5例,诊断符合率为91.67%;其中单纯肝脏损伤15例,单纯胰腺损伤6例,单纯肾脏损伤16例,单纯脾脏损伤4例,肠管肠系膜损伤14例,多脏器复合性损伤5例。结论采用多层螺旋CT检查闭合性腹部外伤患者,具有较高的诊断符合率,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of muhi-slice spiral CT in diagnosis of closed abdominal trauma. Methods Sixty cases of patients with closed abdominal trauma admitted in Chencang District Hospital of Baoji from October 2014 to October 2016 were selected. All the patients accepted multi-slice spiral CT examination, and the diagnostic coincidence rate was analyzed. Results In the 60 cases of closed abdominal trauma, the multi-slice spiral CT results showed there were 55 positive cases, 5 negative cases, the diagnostic rate of the patients was 91.67%. Of all the patients, it included 15 cases of simple liver injury, 6 cases of simple pancreatic injury, 16 cases of pure renal injury, 4 cases of pure spleen injury, 14 cases of intestinal mesenteric injury, and 5 cases of multiple organ damage. Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT applied in patients with closed abdominal trauma has high diagnostic coincidence rate, which deserves further application.
