多元化护理干预对突发性耳聋伴耳鸣患者焦虑情绪及生活质量的影响

Effect of diversified nursing intervention on anxiety and quality of life in patients with sudden deafness and tinnitus

目的探讨多元化护理干预对突发性耳聋伴耳鸣患者焦虑情绪及生活质量的影响。方法将我院收治的86例突发性耳聋伴耳鸣患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=43)和观察组(n=43),对照组患者给予耳鼻咽喉科常规护理,观察组患者采用多元化护理干预模式,对比分析两组患者护理干预前、后的焦虑情绪及生活质量。结果护理干预前,两组患者的SAS评分、SF-36量表各维度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理干预后,观察组患者的SAS评分明显低于护理干预前和对照组(P<0.05),而SF-36量表各维度评分均明显高于护理干预前和对照组(P<0.05)。结论多元化护理干预模式能有效改善突发性耳聋伴耳鸣患者的焦虑情绪,提高其生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of diversified nursing intervention on anxiety and quality of life in patients with sudden deafness and tinnitus. Methods Eighty-six cases of patients with sudden deafness and tinnitus were divided into control group （n=43） and observation group （n=43） according to random number table. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group accepted diversified nursing intervention. The anxiety and quality of life before and after nursing intervention between the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Before nursing intervention, there were no significant differences on SAS score and SF-36 scale between the two groups. After nursing intervention, the SAS score of observation group was significantly lower than that before nursing intervention and the control group （P〈0.05）, and the scores of SF-36 scale were significantly higher than those before nursing intervention and the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Diversified nursing intervention can effectively improve the anxiety and the quality of life of patient with sudden deafness and tinnitus.
