肺源性心脏病患者实施健康教育的效果观察

摘要 目的分析肺源性心脏病患者实施健康教育的效果。方法选取2012—2015年入住我院的150例肺源性心脏病患者为研究对象,对其实施健康教育,采用问卷调查法观察患者实施健康教育后的效果。结果本组患者中,大多数患者学到了自我保健和护理知识,也消除了紧张、焦虑的不良情绪,对多种宣教形式均满意,对护理工作的满意度也由教育前的74.7%提高到96.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者紧张、焦虑发生率从94.7%下降到24.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育护理能够提高肺源性心脏病患者的自我保健意识,提高患者的满意度和生活质量。 Objective To analyze the effect of health education in patients with pulmonary heart disease. Methods One hundred and fifty cases of patients with pulmonary heart disease admitted in our hospital from 2012 to 2015 were selected as the study objects, and they all accepted health education, the clinical effects were abserved with questionnaire after the nursing. Results In all the patients, most of them learned self health care and nursing knowledge, could eliminate the psychological anxiety and tension, and were satisfied with the forms of education; the satisfaction rate of nursing work increased from 74.7% to 96.7%, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05); the incidence rate of nervous and anxiety of patients decrease from 94.7% to 24.7%, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Health education nursing can improve the self health care consciousness, improve the satisfaction rate and quality of life in patients with pulmonary heart disease.
