摘要
适应与超越是教师专业发展的两个向度。教师从新手到教育家有五个层级的发展,不同层级有其独有属性与层级特点。构建层级性的纵向梯度,提出教师专业发展的"五级梯度"体系,设计教师专业发展的"四维理路",有效解决将教师职业生涯周期与发展措施分而隔之的积弊,构建了教师专业发展的纵贯体系与横向模式。
Adaptation and surpassing are the two dimension of the teachers' professional development. This paper focuses on the different level of the teachers' development from the beginning to experts and digs deeply the unique properties and rank characters of the different rank teachers to make up level and rank of the lengthways gradient. This paper puts forward the five gradient systems of the teachers' professional development and designs the four inner ways of the teachers' professional development, which effectively solves the disadvantages between teachers' professional period and development measures and breakthrough create the lengthways system and landscape modes.
