摘要
通过对原料乳细菌数量采用显微镜直接细菌计数方法和国标GB478.2-2010菌落总数测定方法进行比较实验,确定了显微镜直接细菌计数方法和国标GB478.2-2010方法间良好相关性。结果表明,显微镜直接计数方法检测时间短,且检测成本低廉,可以作为原料乳验收的辅助方法使用。
The number of bacteria in raw milk by the total number of bacteria microscope counting method and GB 4789.2-2010 total national food safety standards of food microbiology testing colonies determination were compared, found that there are good correlation between direct microscope bacterial count method and GB478.2 method. The experiment found that the microscopic counting method has the characteristics of short detection time, low detection cost, can be used as an auxiliary method for inspection of raw milk.
