促凝早强型聚羧酸减水剂的合成及性能研究 被引量:8

摘要 采用自由基溶液聚合合成了促凝早强型聚羧酸系减水剂(PE-PCE),该产品能有效缩短凝结时间,具有高减水率,对混凝土早期强度(1 d、3 d、7 d)有明显的提高。在地铁盾构管片应用时,能有效改善混凝土和易性,具有良好的触变性能,可有效缩短盾构管片脱模时间,提高冬季低温条件下的生产效率。 The procoagulant early strength polycarboxylate superplastieizer (PE-PCE) was synthesized by free radical aqueous solution polymerization. The product can effectively shorten setting time with a high water reduction and the early strength (1 d,3 d,7 d) of concrete can be significantly improved. In the subway shield segment application,PE-PCE can effectively improve the workability of concrete and has good thixotropic property,can effectively shorten the shield segment release time, and can improve the production efficiency under low temperature in winter.
