摘要
采用马来酸酐(MAH)、乳酸甲酯和对甲苯磺酸(PTS)进行酯化,将得到的酯化产物与丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)、4-羟丁基乙烯基聚氧乙烯醚(VPEG)、引发剂(APS)和链转移剂(TGA)一起共聚合成新型聚羧酸保坍剂。性能测试结果表明,该保坍剂具有较好的保坍性能、和易性和敏感性。
A new polycarboxylate slump retaining agent was synthesized with two steps. The first,esterification of MAH(maleic anhydride) ,Methyl lactate and PTS. Then get the esterification products. The second,using the esterification products,hydroxypropyl acrylate (HPA),4-hydroxybutyl vinyl ether(VPEG) as monomers,the persulfate (APS) as complex initiator, and thioglycolic acid (TGA) as chain transfer agent. The performance test shows that the new polycarboxylate slump retaining agent has good slump loss resistant property,good workability and sensitivity.
