Morphological Perspective of Body Ethics(To Be Continued)——Two Forms of Body Ethics from the Perspective of Modern Medical Technology

医疗技术的伦理形态催生不同的伦理决断。这种异质性反映了身体伦理的认知旨趣呈现的后现代性。它提供了看待不同医疗技术的伦理形态的多元视角。在其常规形态中,医学空间穿越和渗透社会空间。"责任伦理形态"的空间构型由此在三大问题(生的问题、死的问题、生命质量的问题)的展现中获得了初步的界定。在其转化形态中,"人体研究"由于被打扮成一种"道德形象"而促成"人权诉求"与"医学贪婪"的妥协。"位格伦理形态"在现代医疗技术拓展善的目的诉求中指向了"人是谁"之问。从现代医疗技术的伦理形态视阈看,两种伦理分别关涉由常规医疗技术开启的责任伦理形态和由转化医疗技术开启的位格伦理形态。随着医疗技术的进步,我们面临"如何重审人之责任"和"如何重申人之位格"的身体伦理的根本性困惑。生命伦理学必须前瞻性地回应这两种形态的伦理问题。

The ethical morphology of medical technology has led to different ethical decisions. This type of heterogeneity reflects the postmodernity of the cognitive interest of physical ethics. It provides a muhifaceted perspective to approach the ethical form of different medical techniques. In its conventional form, the medical space traverses and permeates the social space. The spatial configuration of the ＂ethical form of responsibility＂ has been given initial definition in the presentation of three major issues （life, death, and quality of life）. In its transformation stage, ＂human body research＂, in the guise of ＂moral image＂, has contributed to the compromise between ＂human rights demands＂ and ＂medical greed＂. ＂Personality ethic form＂ in the modern medical technology expands the purpose of the desire and points to the question of ＂who is the human？＂ From the perspective of the ethical form of modern medical technology, the two kinds of ethics are concerned with the ethical form of responsibility initiated by the conventional medical technology and the personality ethics form initiated by transformational medical science. With the advancement of medical technology, we are faced with the fundamental puzzlement of ＂how to reexamine people＇s responsibility＂ and ＂how to reaffirm the human personality＂. Bioethics must proactively respond to these two forms of ethical issues.
